Isolate the quick test block

Problem/Motivation

The quick test block is presently tied to display the same point as the point for the instantaneous demand view (for a point value). Let the quick test point to a different point

Proposed resolution

Connect it to its own point.

This is a UI change.

This fix will apply to BWS-1 (SOAP)

Data model changes

Will deal with this as another issue.
