Paste from Word/Complicated nested lists

I've have found that complicated lists from a word document (Word 2010) do not display correctly when using Paste from Word in ckeditor. I've attached an example of a word document and some screen shots below from the ckeditor demo website, which gives the same result as our website.

Could this be an issue with Word 2010 rather than ckeditor? Is it a problem with the way the lists have been made in Word rather than the editor's problem? Have others had this problem with complicated lists that probably have reset order within their nested lists?

Drupal 7.43
ckeditor 7.x-1.17 (using the cdn: cdn.ckeditor.com/4.5.4/full-all)
