I'm the maintainer of Responsive Image Batch . I've been able to create a dev release and list on the project page. Now I'd like to create an 8.x-1.0-beta1 release version. I created the tag , but then when I try to create a new release I get a notification that it can't find the tag: "No valid branches or tags found".

MichelleThere are currently git problems going on that may be the cause of this: https://twitter.com/drupal_infra/status/738772342852177920 . Leaving this active in case that is not the cause.

apadernoI am updating the component, since the other one is going to be removed. I apologize for bumping this issue.

apadernoI can confirm I cannot create a new release of that project too, not even as project administrator. The git repository see the tagged commit, but I get the same error the OP sees, which says there aren't tags that can be used to create a release.
I would suggest to try again, after tagging a new commit with a new tag.
