Hi there,
Just installed your module on D8 and figured that the views field didn't work.
Made a couple of changes, namely moving file addtoany.views.inc to the module root, using addtoany_views_data_alter() instead of addtoany_views_data(), and creating the appropriate views field plugin.
Have a look at the patch.
