As a follow on to https://www.drupal.org/node/462950

JS errors below when inline JS (drupal settings) is inserted into the page:
Refused to execute script from 'http://dev.example.localhost/' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

Possibly related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=180007#c14

Chrome 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit), Ubuntu 16.04

This is particularly hard to reproduce because it occurs in my VM, but not on any other similarly provisioned VMs or similarly provisioned servers. Uploaded the difference in headers between my VM with the above issue and server without, same code in both scenarios.

@droplet the attached file contains source HEADER diff bad v good. I can't see anything noticeable that would indicate this issue... thanks.

Version: 8.1.x-dev » 8.2.x-dev

Drupal 8.1.9 was released on September 7 and is the final bugfix release for the Drupal 8.1.x series. Drupal 8.1.x will not receive any further development aside from security fixes. Drupal 8.2.0-rc1 is now available and sites should prepare to upgrade to 8.2.0.

Bug reports should be targeted against the 8.2.x-dev branch from now on, and new development or disruptive changes should be targeted against the 8.3.x-dev branch. For more information see the Drupal 8 minor version schedule and the Allowed changes during the Drupal 8 release cycle.

Same problem since the update to 8.2 (not sure if it's related to that update or just some kind of file / permission / composer stuff).

Version: 8.2.x-dev » 8.3.x-dev

Drupal 8.2.6 was released on February 1, 2017 and is the final full bugfix release for the Drupal 8.2.x series. Drupal 8.2.x will not receive any further development aside from critical and security fixes. Sites should prepare to update to 8.3.0 on April 5, 2017. (Drupal 8.3.0-alpha1 is available for testing.)

Bug reports should be targeted against the 8.3.x-dev branch from now on, and new development or disruptive changes should be targeted against the 8.4.x-dev branch. For more information see the Drupal 8 minor version schedule and the Allowed changes during the Drupal 8 release cycle.

I also have the same problem when trying to run in docker.
Did you find a solution?

I got the same error, but it turns out it was just a permissions issue on the file/ directory.
