The README goes
"Extract it, and copy iCalcreator.class.php to a folder in your Drupal site

could change to
"Extract it, and copy iCalcreator.class.php to a folder in your Drupal site
named sites/all/libraries/iCalcreator (you'll need to create that folder - be careful to use an uppercase C i iCalcreator)."

This could help tired and sloppy people with less than ideal fonts and font sizes.
