There are two plugins for images, the old one: Image and a new: Enhanced Image.

Thank you Vokiel for the links. after Drupal 7 seems like CKEditor installation and usage has become degraded and cumbersome...only helpful for highly technical people.
Please see this link and if you have any suggestions of how to make CKEditor function as it used to in D7.

Mainly, the flow of text around an image still not available even with the Enhanced Image plugin, along with other features.
