I am using Drupal 7.43 and Webform 3.24. I have 4 file fields that are set to private and I'm using Private Files Download Permission to control permissions for access to those. When I use the form as an admin everything works great and the file link is visible in the submission results list and the results table. When an anonymous user uploads files and submits the form, the files uploads to the correct folder (I can see them on the server and view them in an admin file list), but when I view the webform results there are no filenames or links listed for the field. This seems as though it might be related to #2688799 but that issue is for Webform 4.12.

This is also related to Issue #2703299, except it is with Weborm 4. I tried the suggestion #2 in #7, anonymous user browses and selects a file and hits submit without hitting upload and the file does show up in the form results. Odd that this is happening with different versions of Webform.

For anyone that has this problem and sees this post before finding any other, this is a Drupal 7.43 core issue (as described in Issue 2675170). Please check that issue for resolution. Closing this as a duplicate.
