Incorrect information about twig C extension and PHP 7

When you install Drupal 8 on a system with PHP 7, the 'Status report' page has the following recommendation:

Twig C extension Not available
Enabling the Twig C extension can greatly increase rendering performance. See the installation instructions for more detail.

The twig C extensions are not compatible with PHP 7, so this recommendation should be removed.
