There is a view where I display 30 contents per page. I use full pager but it appears when I exactly have 30 contents. I think it should not be displayed because the second page is empty. Similar issue: https://www.drupal.org/node/2049723

I tested this on Drupal 9.3.x and was not able to reproduce the problem. I used a fresh standard install and the view at admin/content. I tested with the pager at 50, 10 and 9 pages. In all cases the pager was only shown when there was 50+, 10+ or 9+ items to display.

Therefore, closing as cannot reproduce. If you are experiencing this problem reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue (starting from "Install Drupal core").
