I have been searching high and low for the Open Atrium "Community Plugin Toolkit" An old post "Let the Plugin Coding Begin!" at http://docs.openatrium.com/community-news/announcing-community-plugin-to... talks about it but I can't find it anywhere.

I found a page in the new documentation section in the OA site: http://docs.openatrium.com/documentation/adding-support-sections
that does talk about some aspect of this subject. However, I can't navigate away from this page to see more of this documentation and there is no link anywhere that takes me to this upper level. It all seems to be hidden!!

Can someone help me with this?

There isn't any "toolkit". That post is very old and simply was a link to the online documentation that describes how Atrium works.
