I would like to propose the addition of "Rejected" for session status.
How our conference proposal system works is that we put things in actual timeslots and then send out an email to people that they have been accepted and when they must present. They then reply to confirm.
So the word Declined means something completely different. I think most people would agree that Declined means the person has declined to present after they received an email saying they have been accepted.
Canceled really means that the person was scheduled and between the schedule being announced and the event happening they had to "Cancel"
I would also like to propose that the message for shown should also be in rules so people can change the message based on the different selections.
