Panel not showing on url using page manager

Hello,
I started using drupal 2 month before. I am trying to use page manager with panel for design. Panel showing on the view page but not on content page. My url is /concept/72 or any other node id. I defined url in page manager as /concept/{node}. but when i try to add block in which i wanted to add content types it's not showing content types. and when i access content of page there is no panel.
Because this page is not static so i want to use content types as a block.

i am using Drupal 8 core. Can anyone have any idea how should i use it?
