Hi,

I have 1 public role and several admin roles.
The auto assign role module assigns the public role to newly created accounts.

One of the admin roles is to managed users, but there does not seem to be an option to allow this role to manage user roles? It looks like only the 'administrator' role can edit user roles.

How can I allow other roles to edit user roles?
