Unable to view/choose Marker Tags/Tooltips/Cross-highlight options when editing view

Hi,

First off, thanks a million for this fantastic module! It's working great for me but I seem to be having an issue with the UI and wanted to ask for some guidance as I've read through the issues and cannot find anything similar to what I'm experiencing. Basically, when editing views I've created which use the Leaflet API via IPGV&M format, I'm unable to see/select options under the marker tags, marker tooltips and cross-highlighting sections of the style settings. I've attached a screenshot. This particular display is an attachment (the page it's attached to is a unformatted list of content) but the same thing happens if it's not an attachment and is the format of a page of its own.

The view/map is showing location-based content of different types using a taxonomy field that contains the coordinates of each piece of content and it looks fantastic and functions brilliantly but I'd like to explore these additional features, particularly the cross-highlighting and just can't get it to work. I upgraded to the latest dev release, tried changing the admin jQuery version but neither seemed to do anything.

I'm currently using the latest dev release but it was doing this on the most recent stable release, too. I've got Leaflet version 7.x-1.3, status report page shows it all good.

Any idea what could be causing this? If I can provide further information please let me know. I'm not a developer so don't really know the right places to look without some guidance.
