Creating a local site (with MAMP) version D-7.43 + Admin menu + CKeditor: no problem.
If I add IMCE 7x1.10, here is the error message I get:
Notice: Undefined index: in version_major update_calculate_project_update_status () (line 639 in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/site-name/modules/update/update.compare.inc).

Have you any idea what's going on? Is this a bug?

I wouldn't worry about it - it's just a PHP notice, not an error. If the functionality is still working, it's a non-issue. It could be cleaned up with some cleaner PHP code (checking to see if the index exists before trying to use it), but the module should still work fine regardless.
