Panels Layout "Two Columns 6-6 Bricks" puts all panels on the left

As per the issue title: If you create a panels page, choose layouts from the "Omega: 12 column grid" collection, and then go for "Two Column 6-6 Bricks", all content appears aligned to the left page margin. That's to say, any content placed in the "Right Above" or "Right Below" regions do not appear in the right hand 6 columns as they should.

There is an easy fix, deductible by looking at the other Omera-12 layouts which do work - I'll upload a patch in a second.
