In Panopoly 1.x, we include pathauto configuration for the content types in panopoly_pages. We should include that in Panopoly 2.x as well!

This issue is to include that configuration.

Added to .make file and as dependency in panopoly_core, and then the specific configuration entities to panopoly_pages.
