I am using clamav to prevent virus in uploading files,now clam av allow all the affected files without finding any virus on it.Please help me out to fix this issue.

Can you provide more details about the issue: what you've done so far, how you have ClamAV configured (both the virus-scanner, and the Drupal module), and any sort of error message displayed or reported in the logs?
Can you also confirm which "affected files" are not being blocked?
Have you tried to upload the EICAR test virus?
If EICAR is successfully blocked, but other infected files are accepted, then perhaps the virus signatures are out of date, or perhaps ClamAV simply cannot scan that type of file (e.g. generally, virus infections in encrypted zip files are not detected).
