Drupal 10, the latest version of the open-source digital experience platform with even more features, is here.I ran into a strange issue:
* migrate from 4.6 to 4.7 platform
* when CiviCRM gets bootstrapped initially, the template_c/en_US directory exits
* however, when CiviCRM gets to the point of running the upgrade, the template_c/en_US was deleted due to a Drupal cache flush after the Drupal upgrade, and the CiviCRM upgrade fails.
Nothing changed in CiviCRM or Drupal, as far as I know, to run into this issue now, but the fix was relatively simple and cleans up some old code.
