Welsh email not saving unless on Superuser

Hi,

I'm having a few issues. When using the welsh language value I cannot save changes to emails however English works totally fine. It also works if I am signed in as Superuser, but not any other roles, this led me to think that there was an issue with perms but after looking into the permissions it isn't.

Steps I take:

• Click the Welsh language value



• Make a change to the e-mails



• Now save

Notice that the changes are gone. I am absolutely perplexed by this, so if anyone has any ideas that would be great.
