At present, the module wishes a taxonomy vocabulary to store the tags/labels of the image.
However, IMHO it would be better if we store the values in the 'alt' attribute of the image, rather than a taxonomy vocabulary.

Yes, I think that will be useful to store one of the labels in alt attribute, but labels in taxonomy vocabulary is use case for filtering the images by tags.
