Hi Deborah, I've granted you the Confirmed role so you'll no longer see the Access Denied when attempting to add content to drupal.org.

I looked and all 3 books exist already on drupal.org:
Drupal 8 Theming with Twig
Drupal 8 Development Cookbook
and
Mastering Drupal 8 Views

The only one which is not yet published is Mastering Drupal 8 Views. So I'll change this issue to book review now. It will require at least 2 community members to give their +1 for inclusion in the books list. This happens if the page meets the guidelines.
