When creating content with Chinese title in Druapl 7.x-43.96, URL alias contain hyphen between each pinyin of Chinese word, e.g.

Title: 億元橫財夢今晚揭盅投注額破億
URL: yi-yuan-heng-cai-meng-jin-wan-jie-zhong-tou-zhu-e-po-yi

However in Drupal 8, hyphen is missing, result as below

Title: 億元橫財夢今晚揭盅投注額破億
URL: yiyuanhengcaimengjinwanjiezhongtouzhuepoyi

This is because transliteration already goes into D8 core with hard code setting, so we have no way to change its presentation style, mark as won't fix
