Hi,
I created select hierarchy ( taxonomy with 3 levels), but in default it shows only one level , how can I display all 3 level in default page?

Example: State,City,Branch

It was displayed default is country "None".

But I want to display all 3 fields defaultly None.

Please find the attached images.Please help me...

Sorry, but this is not possible.
The values of a level are directly dependent of the selected option in the previous level. If you display all levels at once, the dropdowns would contain *all* terms of that specific level, which is not what SHS is meant for (and you would not know to which parent value a value in a child level would belong to).

No, this isn't even possible using hooks. SHS is simply not designed to work like this.
