At first glance they look legitimate, indeed they each have a reply. But:
- neither user has any previous posts
- both users have the same links in their profiles as in those posts, which is surprising given the posts' content
- the posts have the same overall structure (I found this [link to product], does drupal have anything better?)
- they relate to the same company

They are spam (the link is also part of their profile). I blocked the user (www.drupal.org/u/emilylaurenn) and removed the spam.
