I've got numerous help realted issue open/cosed at this point and I'd like to get them all properly grouped to make sure I get all aspects of HELP addressed for this module.

I not been successful in understanding how "Parent issue" and "Related issues" at the bottom of this screen work, but my hope it to make this issue the "parent" then add in the related issues as "child" issues and/or "related issues".

Well that did not seem to work the way I thought. There is a right side block that is called "add child issue" will try that next

I think this is what I need ... I forgot the correct form for referencing issues

References to project issues in the form of [#1234] (or [#1234-2] for comments) turn into links automatically, with the title of the issue appended. The status of the issue is shown on hover. If '@' is appended (e.g. [#1234@]), the user the issue is assigned to will also be printed.

I'm satisfied that we've done a pretty good job in adding full featured help to this module. I'm sure it could be expanded up and improved. However, considering the basic nature of this module, the help implementation probably goes beyong the norm.
