The YouTube Block module integrates with YouTube and creates a block containing your most recent YouTube posts.

Each YouTube channel has a unique feed URL. These are used to refer to the channel in certain apps and services. To find the feed URL for your channel, sign into Youtube and check your advanced account settings page. To do this, click here.

For the youtube channel the format looks like this ...

For the youtube playlist the format looks like this ...

https://www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?playlist_id=YOUR_YOUTUBE_PLAYLIST_NUMBER

For a youtube specific channel the format looks like this ...

https://www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id=YOUR_YOUTUBE_CHANNEL_NUMBER

Setup Block

The Configure block image (shown below) collects setup information thru four form input areas.

TITLE: The title is arequired field and can be displayed along with the block when it is shown on a page by checking the Display title checkbox. The title is also the name of the block as it would appear on the Block layout page ( such as /admin/structure/block/list/bartik ).

NUMBER OF IMAGES TO DISPLAY: Like the name says, this is number of images that you want to lisplay as part of the block. When using the core Bartik theme, the image display will be aligned in a single column. If there are only 2 images on youtube, and you enter 4 in this field, it will only show the two images.

IMAGE WIDTH IN PIXELS: Enter in the pixel width you would like to set of all image. This is not a required field.

IMAGE HEIGHT IN PIXELS: Enter in the pixel height you would like to set of all images. This is not a required field.
