The same order email sent to both the admin and the customer. The customer template is always used, the admin template is never used.

TR CreditAttribution: TR commentedDoes your admin email look the same as the email sent to the user? I think the problem is that the template selection (admin vs. customer) is not being done - I see the same email sent to both the admin and the user.
By default the user comments have never been included in the user email for some reason.
