"URL aliases" link not working.

Dear Abby,

Lately there's been a new CMS in my life. We fooled around a bit. Things started out swell, but now we're having some problems.

For instance, I downloaded, installed, and enabled:

pathauto 8.x-1.0-alpha3
tokens 8.x-1.0-alpha2
CTools 8.x-3.0-alpha25

but when I ask it to show me "URL aliases" (foobar-piece-of-junk/drupal/admin/config/search/path) it says "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

I cleared the cache, restarted servers, etc. but nothing is helping.

I thought we were getting along...I'm hurt. I'm confused.

Is it me? pathauto? another module? Drupal? I'm out of my league and overwhelmed.

P.S. -

I'm on Windows 10 Home Edition. Google Chrome browser. Not for a live site, just local dev for a project. Downloaded through Bitnami with their stack.

P.P.S. - I'm new to Drupal in general. I like to RTFM, but don't know where to start. Most Docs are for <8. If the answer is out there, please point me in the right direction.
