Publish of new entity content slow

The performance of publishing new Tripal v3 content (i.e. entities) is not great. On a test migration of Tripal v2 content to the v3 entities, it took about 22 hours and 16 minutes to migrate a total of 28,269 mRNA, 296,394 contig, and 90,944 genetic_marker.
