Can you please update the documentation for the JW Player module? Last one was 2012!!! I'm
using D7.42., 7.x-2.0-beta2

1. Download either the latest commercial or the latest non-commercial JW
Player at
http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/.

Should be: https://www.jwplayer.com (register & sign in)

2. I've installed to sites/all/libraries but 1. I had to rename the swf file
from jwplayer.flash.swf to player.swf due to status report error. 2. When i
create a preset (config > media > JW Player preset) I do NOT see all the
skins provided in the downloaded player, i.e. five.css, six.css, seven.css,
vapor.css, stormtrooper.css etc. I placed the skins within
sites/all/libraries/jwplayer_skins and tried
sites/all/libraries/jwplayer/skins even sites/all/libraries/jwplayer . No
luck.

3. I've installed my license code in a script tage within the body source
code, but get "No video with supported format and MIME type found"

4. BASIC USAGE Spelling correction: "such as dimentions and skin" should be
"such as dimensions and skin"

5. The JW Player module Help > READ ME should contain the COMPLETE
documentation read here.
http://cgit.drupalcode.org/jw_player/tree/README.txt?id=refs/heads;id2=7...

Spelling correction: dimentions > dimensions, vidoes uploaded > videos
uploaded.

I'd love to use this. Thank you!

Addressing your comments...

I agree some additional information can be included for #1 and #2.

For #3, why would you be including your license key in a script tag? It should be set in the JW Player general settings page within Drupal.

#4 and #5 are already being addressed in the refactor theming patch: https://www.drupal.org/node/2713725

Actually looking at this a little more closely, and the issue is because you're using the beta version of the module. The points in #1 and #2 have already been addressed in 7.x-2.x-dev or are included in other patches.

Please review 7.x-2.x-dev and the current open patches, and feel free to re-open the ticket if you have more questions.
