Use the Documentation at the top of the page to lead to various guides. They are patchy but there is some good material there.
If you prefer to learn by video you can. However, most of the video tutorials are not free. Google for 'Drupal 8 video tutorials' or something like that. Leading providers of paid video tutorials, which may offer free sample content, are drupalize.me, buildamodule.com and lynda.com. Best of luck.
