Features 3.x is better day after day. Thank you very much.

For the blocks config export, I like to export it into my custom theme, so each theme has its own config.

I have an exception for the admin theme, as it is a core theme, I put the config into my profile config.

So, do you think it would be possible for themes to be managed with Features too? It would be easier to export/import the conf each time a block is added/modified.

Big +1 on this feature request even though I'm going to create a feature to handle theme specific settings as themes cannot depend on modules by design.

We're struggling to manage the complexity we already have in Features, so this is unlikely to be added. Please feel free to reopen if you plan to work on this and accompanying test coverage.
