In setting up Services for Hosting Services, it looks like no operations are available until one glances all the way to the right of the screen. That's where the pull-down menu is, instead of being in the Operations column.

I've switched to other themes, and it looked normal. So it must be a problem with Eldir.

The module is using CTools for the table so I'm assuming all similar-style tables in other modules are doing the same thing.
