Port date fields matcher handlers

Problem/Motivation

Field matcher handler for date fields was not ported yet. See parent issue for more info.

Proposed resolution

- make sure plugin manager discovers it (annotation)
- make sure it works correctly
- use derivatives to handle different types of date fields
- add test coverage
