I thought we took care of this in #993360: Make order status strings translatable. Do you have the i18n_string module installed? Drupal core isn't enough to translate user-defined strings like order statuses.

I have already install and enable i18n_string module but still cannot.

It just won't show on the specific order details page.

But it has no problem on order history page and status update email order.
