Stay on current page

Hi,

Is it possible to actually not have a link in the Rules Link or to select "stay on current page" or "reload current page"? Perhaps some dummy link? I need functionality like an action button, but Rules Link redirects to the url it creates automatically when creating the link. I tried using "#" as the link, but it just doesn't work with it (Rules Link doesn't trigger at all). Using Page Redirect as an action in Rules doesn't seem to work either as I can't get the current page URL before the link redirects.
