Missing Bootstrap: 4 - 4 - 4 stacked [#2700859]

Hi Daryl, thank you for your work on this project.

I just installed:
Bootstrap Layouts 8.x-3.x-dev,
Layout plugin 8.x-1.0-alpha22 and
Display Suite 8.x-2.3.

The documentation page Bootstrap Layouts - Available layouts indicates that the Three columns layout Bootstrap: 4 - 4 - 4 stacked is available. However, it is not listed in the Select a layout dropdown on the Manage display page.

I marked this as a bug, but am not sure, maybe it has not been implemented yet.

Great works guys. I appreciated your time for this patch. This has been committed in the dev branch. This will be on the next release, which I think it will be very soon.
