The builtwith.com site was NOT able to show what classe.net was built with.
The site https://www.classle.net in fact WAS built with drupal. I checked it myself by entering classle.net/user and as a drupal site it went to the user account screen where it had links to Create new account, Login, Request new password. Those are classic signs of being a drupal site.
Therefore, I completely disagree with your statement the site is not a drupal site. Provide information to support your statement.
Digging deeper down, there
Digging deeper down, there are definitely some Drupal pages - the login page is one. But many of the other pages don't appear to be Drupal at all - there are no Drupal.settings on the page, and the form IDs are not in a Drupal pattern. It's interesting.
