The Multifile component does not render the description above the field when this option is selected.

The built-in Webform File component will do the right thing.

When editing a component, this is a checkbox option:
"Description above field"
"Place the description above — rather than below — the field."

Using latest webform 7.x-4.12 and webform_multifile 7.x-1.3

Here's a start. Not sure why this module wants to nest everything in $element[$form_key], that seems to be the problem. This might help with #1946730: "Choose File" button disappears if "Label Display" is set to inline, not sure though.
