Anchor Tags are not being rendered

I made a Link Field, set its URL to "#contact" and its text to "Comece o seu Projeto!". On the node page, it gets rendered as

<div class="field field--name-field-chamada-para-acao field--type-link field--label-hidden field--item"><a href="">Comece o seu projeto!</a></div>

As you can see, the anchor tag does not appear in the rendered link...
