Issues with importing text into a body field

Good day

I'm trying to import comma separated text from an xml file into a filtered html body field and to replace the comma with a line break. I've tried a couple of options but nothing is working.

This is an example of the text:
Leather seats,Electric windows,Audio and information display controls on steering wheel,Airbags,Air conditioner,Radio player,Light package,Radio LCD Display,Sports package,Light package,Front collision prevention.

How can I accomplish this?
