State field not propagated when Location data created via drush

Hello,

I use the drealty module and drush to import real estate listing entities into my website. I use the Location and Gmap modules to save the locative info and display it on a Google map. The street address, city, postal code, and country all import successfully via Drush, but the State/Province does not import at all. I have the Default Value for State/Province set to "Florida" in the Location field defaults, and the State/Province under Collection Settings is set to Force Default > Drop Down > Florida (I have also tried it with Allow>Dropdown, with the Autocomplete option instead of Dropdown, etc... none of them worked).

When I manually create a new listing (not via drush), the state correctly defaults to "Florida".

What would cause this issue, and how can I resolve it?

All of my entity location State/Provinces are in Florida, so I would also beo pen to any solution that would force all Location State values to be set to Florida.
