Those message are safe. Either hide them from the client's user role through permissions, or have them save to the dblog/syslog instead.

I would suggest installing Watchdog Filtering which was created for exactly the purpose of filtering away noise (without having to (re)implement the logic in every module).

IMHO, they shouldn't be produced to start with, but I have removed this module.
