both in the demo site and on my own installation, clicking on the "Copy and paste first row" button in the Choose date field does nothing. The timer and please wait text appears and then the Date/suggestion field block seems to refresh, but there's nothing different - no new row or anything.

I found this button confusing because I expected it to add a new row on its own. It turns out that "Copy and paste first row" does not create any additional rows; it only fills the existing ones (other than the 1st row). If you enter suggestions for a first row and then click "More choices" to add one or more additional rows, then clicking "Copy and paste first row" will fill rows 2+ with the suggestion values from row 1.

If there's only one row, clicking "Copy and paste first row" does nothing. Maybe it should display a warning or at least somehow indicate to the user that they need to additional rows first?

Thanks for that. I thought it was broken too.

This is indeed an UX issue, I've updated the code to add the "Copy and paste first row" only when there are at least 2 rows
