After enabling Linkit on an existing Link field, I noticed that custom link titles are being overridden with the node title of the new link.

For example, I have an internal link with a title of "Click Here to Read More". When I use Linkit to change the link, the custom title gets replaced with the Node title.

Is there any way to disable replacing the Title field if a value already exists?

Has this changed?
I mean ideally we could point for another custom field in the node as well.
Or even a field from the Meta module
