Do any one know Matrimonial Drupal theme to develop a Matrimonial Website like others can register and add their profiles etc?

Found this theme but its not relased yet.

A theme is just ... well ... a theme it does not necessarily give you the functionality
you might be looking for ... (usually it does not just make a site look better)

I suggest you build the functionality you want first (with the default theme as enabled)

when you are done with building the site you can either install any theme from here
https://www.drupal.org/project/project_theme

it does not have to be a matrimonial theme (you wont find many dedicated to matrimony)
and your specific images will make it a matrimonial site

if you don't know how to do any or all of these I suggest you ask help (a quote)
and hire a developer or themer or both depending on your needs
