Some feeds are not imported correctly due to the feed importer running ut8_encode on their raw result, which may be already encoded utf8 data. I have made a patch that adds an option to disable the encoding in order to fix this kind of feeds.
The patch works on commit "cd23525", which is what we use for our project.
