Hi there,
Installed the module, but I don't seem to be getting any option to to add this to a content type, even after clearing all caches.
If I add a contact form block to a region, the browser just displays 'The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.' when visiting the webpage.
Not sure what's going on here! Thanks

emptyvoid CreditAttribution: emptyvoid commentedI'd like to report that I got he exact same result. In one instance I simply had to remove the placed form block... unfortunately it corrupted my install and I had to restore a backup.

smichalis CreditAttribution: smichalis commentedSame here,
Recoverable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to Drupal\block\BlockAccessControlHandler::mergeCacheabilityFromConditions() must be an instance of Drupal\Core\Access\AccessResult, boolean given, called in /var/www/vhosts/1/128635/webspace/httpdocs/core/modules/block/src/BlockAccessControlHandler.php on line 151 and defined in /var/www/vhosts/1/128635/webspace/httpdocs/core/modules/block/src/BlockAccessControlHandler.php on line 166

evanjenkins CreditAttribution: evanjenkins at ActiveLAMP commentedI think I ran into this same issue. I have uploaded a patch for this, although I only corrected "Site-wide" and "User registration" forms. This works for me. It was returning a boolean but it needs AccessResult.

gmrmedia CreditAttribution: gmrmedia commentedSame case as #4 on Drupal 8.1.3 and Form Block 8.x-1.0-beta7
Patch from #5 doesn't help for creating "add node" block.

JimmyAx CreditAttribution: JimmyAx commentedPatch in #2570221: Modify blockAccess() to return an instance of Drupal\Core\Access\AccessResult instead of boolean. looks good and is working. Closing this one.
